In accordance with Subsection 16(1.1) of Ontario Regulation 27, as amended, the Registrar certifies that the following officers have been elected by ballot for the term commencing January 21, 2010 and ending on the day of election of their respective successors, but the term of office shall not exceed eighteen months.
